Our distribution center will ship your lenses as soon as possible, usually the same day, directly to your door. Shipping is free for annual supplies. Most annual supplies automatically qualify for additional discounts from the distributor so pricing is very competitive. You will be notified if there are active rebates available from the manufacturer.
THE BENEFITS OF ORDERING DIRECTLY FROM YOUR DOCTOR
The Palmer Eyecare Center has access to enormous inventories of lenses which can be shipped immediately. Every order is double checked for accuracy with our records before the lenses are shipped.
The FDA requires a valid, non-expired prescription in order to fill your contact lens order. Contact lens prescriptions expire one year after your annual exam. There is no need to show a copy of your prescription as we always have that information on file and will verify it before processing the order.
Should you ever need to return or exchange lenses, any unopened, unexpired boxes of contact lenses ordered from our office can always be returned directly to our office for credit or exchange. You are never stuck with lenses that you can't use.
If you are out of lenses, you can stop by our office and receive free single lenses to hold you over until your new order arrives. Should you get a defective lens, we will immediately replace it.
We only ship genuine FDA-approved contact lenses from the lens manufacturers. We mention this because there have been cases of non-FDA approved, grey-market, international versions of contact lenses or even counterfeit lenses being supplied by some foreign and domestic internet mail order vendors. As those lenses are not verified to meet the American FDA safety standards, there are no guarantees that the lenses will be safe for you to wear or even be the lenses you think you ordered. (While this is an uncommon occurrence, it has happened.)
